Inna and Michael Rogatchi's participation at the special international commemorative project of celebration of the 50th anniversary of Jerusalem

Inna and Michael Rogatchi took part in the special international commemorative media project JERUSALEM MOMENTS of celebration of the 50th anniversary of re-unification of Jerusalem which is celebrated on Iyar 28th according to the Jewish calendar. The date is May 24th 2017 this year. The celebration of re-unification of Jerusalem is known as the Yom Yerushalaim, the Day of Jerusalem.

Previously, Inna Rogatchi has run a special project The Route which has been inaugurated at the European Parliament with the exhibition of her fine art photography opened at the European Parliament on the Day of Jerusalem in May 2012.

In his turn Michael Rogatchi has created his new series of oil paintings Zion Waltz in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the re-unification of Jerusalem. See recent international publications on that here and here.

The Jerusalem Moments project has been originated, created and run by the well-known journalist and writer Rachel Sharansky Danzinger, the daughter of famous Soviet 'prisoner of Zion' Nathan Sharansky. Nathan Sharansky is the chairman of the Jewish Agency currently. The Rogatchi family and their The Rogatchi Foundation are keeping fruitful and friendly relations with the Sharansky family, their friends and the Jewish Agency in their long-term philanthropy work.
